🚚 Free Shipping Policy — JCV Update

At JCV, we’re committed to offering fast, reliable, and accessible delivery service to all our customers.
However, due to recent logistical changes — notably the Canada Post strike — and to ensure the long-term sustainability of our business, we have revised our shipping policies.

💰 Unchanged Free Shipping Threshold

The free shipping trigger remains set at $79.99 CAD.
This threshold will remain unchanged at all times, even after the end of the Canada Post strike.
In other words, as soon as your cart reaches $79.99 or more, free shipping will apply automatically if your address falls within our coverage area.

🗺️ New Coverage Zones

Our free shipping zone now covers a radius of approximately 300 km around the city of Hawkesbury, Ontario, including:

• Major regions of Quebec (Montreal, Quebec City, Gatineau, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières)

• Large cities across Ontario, up to the western edge of the province

• Key regions in New Brunswick (Moncton, Fredericton, Saint John)

• Certain areas in Nova Scotia, depending on logistical availability

This radius represents our primary service area, where we can provide fast and efficient delivery without additional cost surcharges.

🔄 A More Versatile Shipping System

To improve delivery reliability and timelines, we’ve begun transitioning toward a more diverse shipping network, integrating multiple carriers.
Among them:

• GLS (planned introduction in the medium term)

• Purolator, FedEx.

• And eventually, the reintroduction of Canada Post once they are able to resume stable and predictable service.

This hybrid approach will allow us to maintain consistent service even during nationwide disruptions.

⚠️ Non-Eligible Zones

We recognize that some customers living outside our main coverage area will no longer qualify for free shipping.
This decision was not made lightly.
