Payment Methods

Four ways to pay, all available across Canada. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

Credit card

We accept Visa and Mastercard through two secure payment gateways, Paysafe and Payfacto.

Your card details are entered directly on the gateway and never touch our servers. We never see, store or process your card number — that’s the whole point of using a gateway rather than handling payments ourselves.

Card payments are confirmed instantly, and your order goes into preparation right away.

Interac e-Transfer

Pay by debit through Interac, from any Canadian bank account.

Choose Interac (EMT) at checkout and place your order. You’ll immediately receive an email containing the address to send your transfer to — check your junk folder, it sometimes lands there.

Three things to get right:

• Send the exact amount of your order. No rounding up or down — the amount is how we match your transfer to your order.
• Use the address given in that email, and nothing else.
• If your bank asks for a security question, use the answer provided in the same email. Most transfers are deposited automatically, in which case your bank won’t ask for anything.

Because deposits are automatic, a transfer is cashed as soon as it’s sent. Double-check the address and the amount before confirming. If you send the wrong amount by mistake, we refund the difference minus the $1.50 Interac processing fee.

You’ll receive a second email confirming payment, and your order moves to preparation.

Cash on delivery

Pay when your parcel arrives. Available anywhere in Canada, with Canada Post only.

An $8 fee applies to cover Canada Post’s collection service.

As with every one of our deliveries, the carrier will ask for a signature and valid photo ID showing you meet the legal age in your province. See our age verification page for what’s accepted.

Why your total is higher than the product prices

This surprises people, so it’s worth explaining.

Vaping products sold in Canada carry an excise duty — a federal one, and in most provinces a provincial one on top. It’s calculated on the volume of e-liquid, not on the price, and every Canadian retailer must charge it.

Product prices on our pages are shown before excise duty. The duty appears as a separate line in your cart, so you can see exactly what it is rather than having it buried in the price. Sales taxes and shipping are added after that.

Nothing is hidden and nothing is added by us — you see every line before you confirm.

Security

Our entire site runs on HTTPS, and all card processing happens on our providers’ certified gateways. We hold no card data of any kind.
