About Us
Jean Cloud Vape opened in July 2016, took its first online order that September, and has been shipping across Canada ever since. Nearly ten years later, we still operate out of the same place: Hawkesbury, Ontario, in a facility attached to our retail store, My Vape.
That matters more than it sounds. When you order from us, your parcel is packed by someone who works a few steps from a shop counter — not in an anonymous warehouse. And if you live nearby, you’re welcome to skip the shipping entirely and pick your order up in person, whenever it suits you.
Real people, real hours
We’re a team of around ten, depending on the season. Call 613 632-1950 between 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Friday, and a person picks up. Not a menu, not a chatbot — someone who knows the catalogue and can tell you whether an item is genuinely in stock.
What we carry
Disposables from the brands Canadians actually vape: STLTH, Flavour Beast, Geek Bar, Level X, Elf Bar, Nasty, Orbito, Oxbar, Vice, Allo. E-liquids in every format, from 30 mL bottles to large-format 100 mL, in freebase and nic salt, across the full range of PG/VG ratios. Pre-filled pods, starter kits, box mods, coils and replacement parts.
Every product is authentic and officially imported into Canada. We don’t carry grey-market stock.
Two brands of our own
Before excise stamps reshaped the Canadian market, we carried a very wide range of e-liquid brands. Today we’ve gone the other way: rather than stocking everything, we have two lines produced for us.
Perfect Steam is our unflavoured nicotine base — and the 100 mL bottle is, quite simply, the lowest-priced item in our entire catalogue. A balanced 50VG/50PG formula, available in 3, 6, 12, 18 and 20 mg/mL. Clean, neutral, and made to be used exactly as you see fit.
Art of Vapor is our signature e-liquid line, developed with the same principle: fewer products, chosen properly.
Shipping you can plan around
In-stock orders leave the same day in most cases — our carrier pickup is around 4 PM, so an order placed before mid-afternoon usually goes out that day. Backordered items add one to three business days, and you’ll see that flagged on the product page before you buy.
From Hawkesbury, Expedited Parcel typically means one to two business days for Ontario and Quebec, two to four for the Maritimes and Manitoba, three to six for Saskatchewan and Alberta, four to seven for British Columbia. We ship with Canada Post, and with Purolator, FedEx or GLS depending on your address.
Everything travels in plain cardboard. Nothing on the outside says what’s inside.
One thing worth knowing before you order: every delivery requires a signature and valid photo ID showing you’re of legal age in your province. That’s Canadian law for vaping products, not a store policy, and it applies without exception.

Every order over $49.99 ships free, anywhere in Canada — no provincial exclusions, no fine print.
And every Tuesday and Wednesday, shipping is free with no minimum at all. Whatever your cart total, the free option appears at checkout on those two days.
On top of that, every purchase earns you 5% back in reward points toward your next order.
