Vaping products are age-restricted across Canada. Here’s how we verify your age — twice — and what you’ll need when your order arrives.

The legal age where you live

There is no single legal vaping age in Canada. Each province and territory sets its own.

Our site applies the age of the province you select, not a single national figure.

First check: entering the site

When you arrive, you’re asked to confirm your province and your date of birth. This isn’t a formality we can skip — under the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act, retailers must take reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing vaping product promotion.

Your answer is stored in a cookie on your own device so you aren’t asked again on every page. Clearing your browser data will bring the check back.

Second check: at your door

This is the one worth planning for.

Every delivery requires a signature and valid photo ID. The carrier checks that the person receiving the parcel meets the legal age in your province. There are no exceptions, and no carrier will leave a vaping parcel at the door.

Accepted ID is any government-issued document with your photo and date of birth — driver’s licence, provincial ID card, passport.

If nobody of legal age is available, the parcel goes to the nearest post office or carrier pickup point, and you’ll need to collect it in person with your ID. If it isn’t collected, it comes back to us — and returned parcels are charged a second shipping fee plus a restocking fee, as set out in our returns policy.

Think about where you have the parcel sent. A workplace is often easier than a home address.

Where we will not sell

We do not sell to anyone below the legal age in their province, under any circumstances. We do not ship outside Canada.

Orders placed with false age information are cancelled when we identify them, and the carrier will refuse delivery at the door regardless.

A word on nicotine

Most of the products we sell contain nicotine, which is highly addictive. Vaping products are intended for adult smokers and are not smoking cessation devices. They are not recommended for pregnant women, and not intended for anyone who does not already use nicotine.
