• Around 300 parcels shipped yesterday are already in Canada Post’s network and are temporarily on hold.

• The 150 remaining orders scheduled with Canada Post will be redirected and shipped via Purolator to minimize delays.

• We are already working with Purolator and FedEx and will continue to rely on them to ensure smooth deliveries.

• Any orders placed from today onward will be shipped through these carriers without interruption.

To keep offering you the best possible service during this period, the free shipping threshold is temporarily adjusted to $79.99 until Canada Post resumes normal operations.
