We are open and functional! Despite our limited team present in our facilities, we provide a daily service for the processing of your orders.
The order preparation time is impacted, due to the limited staff, the preparation of your orders could be a little longer than usual.
Some products may no longer be available. All orders with a missing item problem in stock will be treated on a case by case basis. You will be offered an exchange or refund. We will contact you by phone, or, if you are not available, by email (check your Junk Mail!).We remind you that you have at your disposal an order tracking tool HERE.
If the status of your order is still in preparation after a few days, do not worry, we do not forget you! Please be patient, especially at this time.
Once your order is completed, you will automatically receive an email with the Canada Post tracking number confirming the shipment.
Canada Post continues to work normally, shipments are therefore not affected.
And as always, take care of yourself and your families, stay at home as much as possible and see you soon!
