Shipping to Canada:

  • For any order confirmed before 01:00pm, from Tuesday to Friday (excluding holidays), the sending of the order including only DIY products (aromas, concentrates, bases, etc.) will take place generally the same day and within the limit of available stock. Orders containing e-liquids and materials may be deferred depending on available stocks.We will give you, asap, a tracking number.
  • Shipping fees include packing, handling, and mailing costs.
  • We care about the packing of your items. However, we can not be held liable for the damages caused by the carrier.
  • Deliveries are provided by Canada Post and include all available ranges of shipments.

 

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times for Canada vary from 24 hours to 1 week depending on the distance from the province and the mode of shipping chosen.
  • International delivery times can vary from 2 to 8 weeks depending on the chosen shipping method.
  • For example: The method “Small packages of surface of the international regime” take 4 to 8 weeks for Western Europe. The method “Small packets-airplane of the international regime” take from 2 to 3 weeks for the western European.

 

International Delivery:

  • Shipments abroad are shipped by Canada Post and different methods of solutions will be offered depending on the size and weight of the package.
  • Tracking is not available for the “Small International Surface Packages” and “Small International Airplane Packages” methods.

 

Free Delivery:

  • We offer free shipping on orders  over $ 49.99 for all of Canada.
  • The free delivery is valid only below a total weight of the package (articles + packing) of 3 kilos.
