Here are our latest updates:
• We are experiencing an an elevated influx of orders since the closure of physical stores. We are are at maximum capacity in terms of available staff and working time. Rest assured we are doing the best we can given these extenuating circumstances.
• Order processing time is still estimated at approximately one week. Shipping times are in addition to the processing time. Please take this into account when ordering.
• In order to speed up the sales process, we have set up Interac direct deposit. Do not be surprised when paying if your bank does not ask you to enter the security response. Please note that some customers will still be asked to enter the security response.
