Interac payments are now fully operational again.
All services have been restored to normal as of noon today.

Since September 8, we have been experiencing a technical issue affecting the reception and processing of Interac payments. This situation has temporarily made it impossible to process your transfers through this payment method.
Our team is in constant communication with the services involved and is working hard to have everything back to normal as quickly as possible.

All Interac payments sent since September 8 are secure but currently pending.
Once the service is restored, your payments will be processed as a top priority.
As a token of appreciation for your patience and understanding, we will include a special gift once the service is fully back online.
