As you can see, we are already working to improve our website that offers new features.

• We have, among other things, incorporated a new tool that will allow you to report us cheaper rates on other online stores. It comes in the form of a small form available on each product page. We can, thanks to this tool, align us, or not, on your tariff proposal.
NB: We will not consider pricing examples using other currencies coming from overseas sites.

• The entire comment and rating system for the products has also evolved. It is now possible to write a notice with a title + description, to respond to a comment, to like or the reverse on existing opinion. We remind you that each comment written for a product will be rewarded up to 100 points after verification from us. Your points are redeemable in coupons (100 points = 1 dollar)

• A new tracking tool that will let you know the status of your order and find your Canada Post tracking code is also available now.

We are also working to improve our customer relationship, which is the foundation of the success and sustainability of our business. We will be in this sense, more than ever attentive to your expectations and your remarks.
