- Handling Previous Orders: For orders placed before November 21st that have not yet been processed, our after-sales service team is fully engaged. We will contact you (by phone or email) to discuss replacement or refund options for any unavailable products.
- New Telephone Line: Starting next Monday, a second telephone line will be operational. This is intended to reduce congestion on our main line and improve our responsiveness to your inquiries.
- After-Sales Service: We would like to point out that our after-sales service is currently operating at a slower pace due to a shortage of staff. We ask for your patience and assure you that we are committed to addressing all your concerns as quickly as possible.

I wish I’d found you sooner! I just placed a big order with a different website so won’t need to order for a bit but I love your selection and your prices are the best I’ve seen. I will definitely be placing my next order with you in the near future, and appreciate this information. I don’t mind a little bit of a wait, it’s nice that you addressed it and let your customers know. I think I may have just found my new favourite vape shop ☺️
