Important Update on Order Processing – November 21st
Dear Jean Cloud Vape Customers,
We want to keep you updated on the current status of order processing at Jean Cloud Vape as of November 21:
- Significant Progress in Order Fulfillment: Since Sunday, with the implementation of a larger staff team, we have been able to process and dispatch a substantial number of orders. This progress represents a positive step towards catching up with the backlog.
- Handling Out-of-Stock Items: Orders containing items that are unavailable from our suppliers will be partially refunded using the original method of payment. For those who paid via Interac, expect to receive a security response via email (please check your spam folder).
- Logistical Challenge of Space Limitations: We are currently facing a space constraint in our facilities due to the high volume of orders. Efforts are underway to find medium-term solutions to this issue.
- Telephone Line Improvements: We are planning to enhance our telephone system, potentially by adding multiple active lines, to make it easier for you to reach us and to leave voicemail messages when we are not available.
We understand the inconvenience caused by these delays and are working tirelessly to improve the situation. Your patience and understanding during this busy time are greatly appreciated.
