Important Update for Our JCV Customers

We wish to inform you that, following our recent relocation, our JCV store is currently without a telephone line. This situation is due to a delay in services from our telecommunications provider, leaving us unable to receive or make telephone calls until March 12, the scheduled date for reconnection.
We fully understand the importance of maintaining open lines of communication with you and deeply regret the lack of responsiveness from our telecommunications service provider. However, we assure you that all measures are being taken to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
We want to reassure you that order processing is continuing without interruption. We are currently processing orders placed on February 28 and 29. These orders will be shipped on March 5 and 6. We are currently experiencing a delay of approximately 6 days in processing orders, but please be assured that we are doing everything possible to catch up as quickly as possible. Our team is working diligently to ensure that your requests are processed efficiently, and we remain available via email and our social media channels for any questions or concerns you may have.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition period and commit to providing you with regular updates until the situation is fully resolved.
