Critical Update on Our Current Operations – November 16th

We wish to update you on the current situation regarding order processing at JCV as of November 16th:
- Unceasing Flow of Orders from Quebec: Your enthusiasm and loyalty continue to amaze us. We thank you for this constant stream of orders, reflecting your trust in our company.
- Recent Technical Issues: We have encountered technical difficulties, particularly with our email servers. These issues coincide with a shortage of staff in our after-sales service. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we are actively working to resolve these issues.
- Changes in Communication Methods: To better manage the current situation, we have been forced to temporarily disable the Messenger chat on Facebook. We encourage you to contact us by email or phone for any questions or concerns.
- Black Friday and Order Management: Due to the high volume of orders to be processed, we regretfully cannot organize an online Black Friday promotion this year. This decision was made to avoid further overloading our order processing department. However, an exclusive -30% promotion will be available on November 24th at our Hawkesbury store (At My Vape).
