We are inundated with orders!

The closings of vape shops in almost all Canadian provinces has massively redirected all vapers to online stores.

Due to this unprecedented flow of sales we have had to completely overhaul our facilities, hire staff and apply new working methods in order to process the maximum number of orders. Despite ramping up our capacity to meet demands, Jean Cloud Vape remains a small company.

Regarding the processing of your orders:

Please note that the suppliers we rely on are also affected by this massive shift in distribution which consequently impacts our ability to ship orders quickly.

The order processing time (preparation + shipping) can vary from one to two weeks.

We will make an attempt to call you if your order cannot be finalized due to a missing item, however, you may receive a refund (partial or in full) without a phone call.
