Canada Post: Strike Ends, Deliveries to Resume Soon
John Cloud2024-12-14T08:39:07-05:00Dear customers,
We’re pleased to share some great news: the Canada Post strike has officially ended. This means operations are expected to return to normal very soon. We understand this situation may have caused concerns, whether you’re waiting for your parcels to be sent or wondering if your delivery will arrive. Here’s what you need to know:
For those waiting for parcel shipping
If your parcels have been ready for shipment since November 15 and were held due to the Canada Post network being inactive, rest assured they’ll soon be on their way. With operations expected to resume next week (pending official confirmation), we’re prepared to inject your shipments into the distribution system as soon as sorting centers are fully functional.
For those wondering if their delivery will happen
Canada Post has announced it will work to catch up on delays accumulated during the strike. While logistics may take a few days to normalize, all scheduled deliveries should be fulfilled. If your parcel is in transit, it will arrive at your location or network as soon as possible. We will closely monitor the situation and keep you updated with any changes.
A gradual but promising recovery
It’s important to note that while operations are set to resume soon, returning to a regular pace may take some time. Canada Post needs to reintegrate pending parcels into its processing flow, but teams are working diligently to minimize delays.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging period. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions regarding your orders or deliveries.
Thank you for your trust,
The JCV Team
