- With the arrival of 80% of our stock in the past few days, including Tuesday, November 7th, we are pleased to report that the eagerly awaited restocking is underway. Despite a shortage of stock from a few “small suppliers,” we have managed to process a considerable number of orders yesterday, and our order preparation flow is now fully operational.
- We are also deeply grateful to see that many Quebec residents have chosen us for their e-liquid purchases, demonstrating trust and support that touch us profoundly.
- For those who took advantage of our special Halloween offer, we anticipate that your purchases will be delivered by next Monday at the latest. Some of you may receive your orders before the end of this week.
- We are aware that stock availability remains a challenge, especially for more specialized or “exotic” items, which are only supplied by specific partners and are currently struggling to restock us. However, we want to assure you that our commitment to you remains unchanged.
- Our process remains the same: if a product in your order is unavailable, our dedicated team will contact you directly by phone to discuss possible alternatives. You will have the option to wait for the items to be restocked, to accept a substitute to expedite the shipment of your order, or to opt for a partial or full refund, according to your preference.
