We would like to thank all of you, new and longtime customers, for your buisness in recent days. There are many of you!

We can be happy that vaping has been considered “essential business” in Ontario, which allows us to continue our activity. Our small team continues as fast as possible to process your increased demand while working within the sanitary guidlines recently implemented. These new proceedures inevitably slow down the process of preparing your orders.

We estimate that if you make a purchase on our site today you should expect a wait of about a week before receiving your packages. As mentioned in the March 27th update, some orders will take longer than others, therefore the wait time will vary depending on the order.

Rest assured that we are trying to do our best to satisfy everyone given these unprecedented circumstances. In the meantime, please continue to be patient, take care of yourself and your family and stay at home as much as possible.
