📦 Canada Post Strike: What This Means for Your Orders

A Canada Post strike is expected to begin as early as this Friday evening. At Jean Cloud Vape, we’ve taken proactive steps to ensure your orders continue to be delivered smoothly, despite this disruption beyond our control.

Here’s what you need to know:

🚚 Alternative shipping options already in place

• Purolator will become our main carrier during the strike.
  The good news? Thanks to our negotiated rates, the cost difference is minimal compared to Canada Post.
  → For most of you, the delivery experience will remain unchanged.

• For customers not eligible for Purolator delivery, we will continue to offer shipping via FedEx.
  ⚠️ Please note: FedEx shipping costs are approximately twice as high, which is why we need to temporarily adjust our free shipping policy.

📦 Temporary change to the free shipping threshold: now $99.99

Due to increased shipping costs during the strike, the minimum order amount for free shipping is now $99.99 (before taxes).

➡️ As soon as Canada Post resumes regular operations, we’ll go back to our standard $49.99 free shipping threshold.

❓ How long will the strike last?

As of now, no end date has been announced. We’re closely monitoring the situation and will adapt our service as things evolve.
